This unique project consisted of a 20 acre plot of land that the homeowner had tried to purchase for several years.  When I got out to the site, I immediately understood why as it was one of the best views I had ever seen in our area and also even faced the setting sun.  After understanding the clients needs of a resort style getaway in their backyard that would forever be a spot for their large gatherings and entertaining of both friends and children, the only challenge was going to be the sharp elevation change.  The separated master retreat hot tub looks over the infinity edge pool with a river that is visible from the living area of the home and hidden below site is the kids resort consisting of a rope swing, wooden diving board, and a water slide.
